• It was founded in May 1996 as LÂL Real Estate Private Company.
  • In 1998, the company started to provide real estate, construction and consultancy services under the name “LÂL İnşaat Emlak Taahhüt ve Mühendislik Ltd. Şti. (LÂL Construction Real Estate Contracting and Engineering Co. Ltd.)” based in Ankara in the Central Anatolia region.
  • In 2000, it started working with a focus on valuation, feasibility and technical consultancy.
  • In March 2005, LÂL Real Estate Valuation and Consultancy Co. Ltd started to operate only in the real estate valuation and consultancy sector.
  • In March 2007, LÂL Real Estate Valuation and Consultancy Co. Ltd. turned into “LÂL Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Müşavirlik A.Ş (LÂL Real Estate Valuation and Consultancy Inc.)” with change of legal form.
  • In 2007, it was listed to provide real estate valuation services at the meeting of the Decision-Making Body of the Board No. 34/982 of 21.09.2007 and within the framework of the “Communique of the Capital Market Board (Series: VIII, No. 35) on the Principles for Companies That Will Provide Real Estate Valuation Services and Listing by the Board within the Framework of Capital Market Legislation”.
  • In November 2007, it separated the Valuation Department to become the Corporate and Financial Valuation Department.
  • It established the R&D department in January 2008.
  • In April 2008, it started to provide Historical Buildings Valuation services for the first time in Turkey.
  • It started the work of the first R&D project in March 2008.
  • In July 2008, the LÂL brand was registered.
  • In January 2009, it became a member of the LİDEBİR (Association of Licensed Appraisers).
  • It became a member of GYODER (Real Estate Investment Trust Association) in May 2009.In September 2009, consulting services began to be provided to the Turkish Prime Minister’s Privatization Administration.
  • In June 2010, Ebru ÖZ, Chairman of the Board of Directors, was elected as a member of the Board of Directors of the first founding management of The Turkısh Association of Appraisers.
  • In July 2010, Istanbul and Izmir branches started operation.
  • In August 2010, TELLÂL (LÂL Valuation News Bulletin) began broadcasting.
  • In January 2011, the LÂL Academy Department was established.
  • According to the decision of BRSA 4030 of 27.01.2011, in accordance with Article 11 of the Regulation (the Regulation) on the Authorization and Activities of Organizations That Will Provide Valuation Services to Banks, It was approved to grant our company the authority to provide services to banks such as “valuation of rights and benefits related to real estate, real estate project or real estate itself“, which fall within the scope of Article 4 of the Regulation.
  • In December 2012, the Machinery and Equipment Valuation Department was established under the Corporate Valuation Department and began to provide services using permanent and contracted appraisers throughout Turkey.
  • In 2013, a stand was opened at the MIPIM Fair and international valuation services began to be provided.
  • In March 2013, the Agricultural Valuation Department was established under the Financial Valuation Department and began to provide services using permanent and contracted appraisers throughout Turkey.
  • In May 2013, the first urban transformation valuation and consultancy service (Turkish Ministry of Environment and Urban Planning – Aksaray Provincial Directorate) began to be given.
  • Konya, Eskişehir and Adana branches opened in February 2014 began operation.
  • In January 2015, our branches in Antalya, Bursa and Şanlıurfa became operational.
  • In October 2015, the company signed a cooperation agreement with TÜV-SUD, an engineering and consulting firm based in Germany that serves the entire world and especially Europe. Following this agreement, it provided real estate valuation and consulting services, especially in Germany and other European countries, Russia, Iran, Azerbaijan, Qatar and Dubai.
  • In 2015, the company undertook Tangible Asset Valuation work given by the General Directorate of Tea Enterprises (ÇAY-KUR) and completed it.
  • In January 2016, Hatay branch became operational.
  • In July 2016, the book titled “IMPORTANT REGULATIONS IN REAL ESTATE LEGISLATION BETWEEN 2012-2013-2014 AND 2015” by Osman Yüksel, the Director of LÂL Academy Department of LÂL Real Estate Valuation Inc., was published by Gazi Bookstore.
  • In January 2017, due to the increasing Urban Transformation activities in our company, the Urban Transformation Department was established under the Corporate Valuation Department.
  • In August 2017, our Mersin branch became operational.
  • In September 2017, it was awarded an order by Russian authorities for its contribution to the meeting of Turkish-Russian real estate representatives of the two countries.
  • In 2018, Tangible Asset Valuation and Inventory was established under the Corporate Department.
  • Turkish State Railways (TCDD) Corporate Resource Management Tangible Asset Valuation Project, Service Procurement for the Counting of Tangible Assets, Comparison with Current Situation and Valuation Services in Accordance With IFRS, which is the largest Property, Plant and Equipment Valuation work in the country in 2018, [in the report to be created at the end of the examination of the material assets under the General Directorate of TCDD Transport JSC, the counting, determination and valuation of all machine tools, equipment and machinery and flooring and fixtures, including rolling stock, in accordance with Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS), especially in accordance with the Fair Value Measurement Standard (TFRS 13)] was awarded by HAVELSAN and completed with early delivery.
  • In September 2018, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Russian company PROESTATE in order to strengthen relations between Turkey and the Russian Federation on real estate, construction and urban planning.
  • In January 2019, the Business Development Department was established.
  • Our company continues its corporate, collateral valuation and consultancy services successfully with its growing national and international customer portfolio.
  • In November 2020, our branch structure was organized in accordance with the legislation and structured to be 1 central and 6 regional directorates in 7 geographical regions.
  • Our company has the central office in Ankara located in Central Anatolia and has regional offices in Istanbul in the Marmara region, Izmir in the Aegean region, Adana in the Mediterranean region, Şanlıurfa in the Southeast Anatolia region, Van in the Eastern Anatolia region, Samsun in the Black Sea region.
